Background to the Proposals

The site is allocated for residential development in the South Worcestershire Development Plan under Policy SWDP 59 and is known as ‘Land adjacent to Henwick Mill House, Martley Road’.

 

It has an indicative housing figure of 42 dwellings.

 

The Development Plan review process is currently underway, and the draft version shows that the site is due to be reallocated.

The site is brownfield land and is currently comprised of warehouse buildings, hardstanding, and limited grassland.
